6 Boneless Chicken Breast
3 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp Water
2 c. Chopped Celery
3/4 c. Jalapeņo Pepper Jelly
3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tbsp. Dijon Style Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken breast between plastic wrap and pound lightly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Melt butter and add chicken, cook over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, turning only once.

Remove chicken; add water then celery and cook for 1 minute.

Add jelly, lemon juice, and mustard. Return chicken to skillet; heat through.

Serves 6.
