(BROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, CARROTS)
¾ LB. VELVEETA CHEESE
¾ OF A STACK OF RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED WITH A ROLLING PIN
1 STICK OF BUTTER OR MARGERINE, MELTED

COOK VEGETABLES AS DIRECTED, DRAIN WELL.
LAYER ½ OF VEGETABLES, CHEESE AND CRACKER CRUMBS IN THAT ORDER IN A GREASED 13 X 9 CASSEROLE DISH. REPEAT WITH REMAINING HALF, ENDING WITH CRACKER CRUMBS. DRIZZLE BUTTER EVENLY OVER THE TOP. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30-45 MINUTES.
