1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
6 Ritz crackers, crushed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled *
1/4 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise with a mixer until fluffy. Stir in cheddar cheese and onions. Pour in a greased* quiche pan. Top with crumbled crackers and bake at 350º for 15 min. Top with bacon and boucan glaze. Serve with crackers or wheat thins.

*I use Oscar Meyer Real Bacon Bits

*Double recipe for 10" quiche pan- but do not double the bacon bits and boucan glaze.
