Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pack Yaki-Soba Noodle (2 pack) found in the produce section
1 c. Carrots (Julianned or sliced thin 1")
1/2 Medium Yellow Onion (sliced)
1 c. Celery (sliced at an angle 1/2")
1 1/2 c. Broccoli (cut into bite sized pieces)
1/3 Head Cabbage (cut into 1 inch pieces)

3 Green Onion (sliced at an angle)
2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare all vegetables.

In a large frying pan or Wok heat oil on medium high heat.
Cook carrots for about 3 minutes, add celery and broccoli and cook for about 2 more minutes. Add onion, zucchini, and cabbage. While that's cooking (don't forget to stir occasionally), remove the 3 packages of noodles and pierce with fork. Cook in micro for 1-2 minutes to soften and separate the noodles. You may need to soak in warm water, depending on how fresh the noodles are. Once you've got the noodles separated, add to vegetables. Then add the BBQ Pork, 3 spice packets and green onions (reserve a small amount for garnish). Mix thoroughly.

Personal Notes:
This cooks very quickly so make sure you pre-cut all your veggies.
You may also substitute BBQ Pork with Bacon Bits

I also like to garnish with pickled ginger..
