1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 T. honey
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. 1% fat milk (I use 2%)
2 T. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 c. all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and honey in warm water and set aside for 10 min. Scald milk in small saucepan. Add butter, sugar, and salt and let mixture come to room temperature in a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast mixture. Add flour, a little at a time until a soft dough is formed. Turn onto a floured board and knead until smooth (about 12 min.). Shape into a ball and place in a large greased mixing bowl. Grease top of dough. Cover with a plate and let stand until doubled, about 1 hour. Shape into rolls; cover and let stand until doubled (about 45 min.). Bake in preheated 425º oven for 15 min.
