2-3 pound chuck roast
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle the onion soup mix on top; pour on the mushroom soup, spreading it around a little to cover. Put the lid on and set on low. Cook for 6-8 hours. When its done, remove any fat and shred the meat using 2 large serving forks (the meat should be very tender and easy to shred). Serve on buns.
