4 c macaroni, cooked
1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c Colby Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c muenster cheese, shredded
1/2 c Gouda cheese, shredded
4T butter
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c milk
1/2 tsp salt & pepper

1) Preheat oven 350º
2) Mix all the ingredients together (except 1/2 c cheddar cheese)
3) Pour the mixture into a greased lasagna pan
4) Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Cover and bake for approx 30-45 minutes (untill cheese is golden brown or bubbly)
