2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed chicken

1 can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. envelope George Washington soup or bouillon cube
1 green pepper, cut in chunks
1 red pepper, cut in chunks
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can (8 oz.) pearl onions
Drained mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, flour, and salt with 3 tbsp. of water, beat until smooth. Add chicken and stir until coated. Drop into hot shallow fat and brown. Put in oven to keep warm.

Simmer remaining ingredients 5 minutes stirring often. Add chicken and serve immediately over rice or noodles.
