4 oz medium egg noodle
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 (or more) green pepper
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup chopped ham (or turkey)
1 or 2 slices of bread
1 Tbsp butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain noodles, set aside. Saute onion, green pepper in butter. Mix milk, soup and sour cream with the sauted veggies. Add mozzarella cheese, ham and noodles. Put in a 2 qt casserole. Tear bread and put around the edge of the casserole. Melt 2 Tbsp butter and pour over bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
