Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 cups cooked rice
(Use the Minute Rice Precooked Rice)
1 1/2 cups of minute rice equals the
3 cups of cooked.
1/2 cup French dressing
2/3 cup Miracle Whip
1 tsp salt
a little pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken or tuna
1 can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup diced celery

Directions:

Combine dressing and add the other ingredients. Add oranges last. Chill.

Grandma's note to Nona: Here's a Tuna or Chicken Salad that we all like and it's easily fixed. We really prefer the tuna or salmon instead of chicken, a little more tasty.
