2 1/2 lbs smoked ground ham
1 1/2 lbs fresh ground pork
1 lb hamburger
2 cups crushed graham crackers
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Sauce:
2 cans tomato soup
3/4 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tsp ground mustard
1 1/2 cups brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, bake in individual bread tins. Pour this sauce over loaves before baking. Tomato soup, vinegar, water, mustard and brown sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350º. Makes 25 1/2 cup servings.

Note to Nona from Grandma: You can mix up this whole amount, pack into loaf tins, use what you need at one meal. Freeze the other loaves until another time and mix up all the sauce and store in a jar and have ready to use when you bake your meat. This is a very good ham loaf. A nice large amount for a large group. You can just mix 1/2 recipe too, but it's so nice to have some ready and frozen when you want them in a hurry. Good with baked or scalloped potatoes.
