Long red potatoes
melted butter
salt
pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes. Slice each potato lengthwise into 1/4" slice to within 3/4" of other end of potato. Spread slices into fan shape. Brush each slice with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika (optional)
Bake 400º 45 minutes or until tender and brown. Baste several times.
