1 lb. Italian sausage
2 large potatoes slice and dice in 1/4 in, cubes
1 large onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. bacon bits
2 cups chopped kale
2 cans chicken broth
1 qt. water
1 cuphipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Chop and slice uncooked sausage in small pieces, brown
add broth and water, stir, add potatoes, onion and garlic,cook over med. heat tilk potato is done. Add bacon bits salt, pepper simmer 10 min. turn to low add kale and cream, heat through. Serve
