3 c. cooked cubed chicken
1 lb. cooked cubed ham
1-1/2 lbs cooked shrimp
1 (4 oz) can mushrooms drained
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheese (1/4 lb)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cup milk
1-1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp flour
6 tbsp butter
2 tbsp pimento cut in strips

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce using milk, chicken broth, flour, butter, and salt – fold in green pepper, cheese and meats. Last the mushrooms & pimentos. Heat and serve over cooked rice.
