Layer 1: Crust
1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. butter
1-1/2 c. flour
Layer 2: Cream Cheese Topping:
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla
Layer 3: Fruit of your choice! Strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and kiwi are great!
Layer 4: Glaze (optional)
2 T. cornstarch
1 c. fruit juice (orange or pineapple)
1/2 c. sugar
1 t. lemon juice

Crust: Mix well & put into greased pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool. Layer 2:Mix well & spread on cool crust. Layer 3: layer with fruit of your choice. Layer 4:Boil, cool, and pour over fruit. Refrigerate. FRUIT SALAD VARATION: Only assemble as much as you will eat in a sitting.
Make crust or store bought sugar cookies – crumble into pieces.
Make cream cheese topping as noted above, but add 8 oz. cool whip.
Mix all your fruit together in a bowl.
Divide into as many layers as you’d like. Start and end with some fruit!
