2 whole chicken breast
1 carton sour cream, 8 oz.
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1 can cream of celery soup (10 1/2 oz.)
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Topping:
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 stack Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
For topping add melted butter and crushed crackers together, spread on top.

Boil chicken till tender, debone, remove skin, and chop, place chicken in a mixing bowl. Add the 2 cans of soup, mayonnaise and sour cream, mix well. Put in a 9x9 casserole and spread topping on top. Bake 350º for 20 to 25 min. till golden brown.

This dish, along with a salad, rolls and desert was a special treat from Faye Gibson one night at work, for meeting her goal. Faye also gave us the recipe and it quickly became a top 10 favorite at our house.
