2 cups (about 2 slices) soft or dry bread cubes
1/4 cup raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease 1-quart casserole. Place bread cubes in casserole; sprinkle with raisins. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; beat well. Pour over bread cubes. Place casserole in baking pan filled with about 1 inch hot water. Bake at 350ºF. for 55 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm with cream, if desired. 4 to 5 servings.
