1 bag (12 oz.) cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 medium navel oranges
2 medium apples, peeled and cut into chunks
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Grate peel of oranges and set aside. Peel oranges and discard the white membrane. Separate oranges into sections and cut sections in half. In a saucepan, combine all ingredients including orange sections and grated peel; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer for 15 - 20 minutes or until apple is tender and mixture thickens. Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator. Serve over cream cheese with crackers or as a condiment with pork, ham, or chicken.
