1/4 Cup Melted Butter
2 Cups Unseasoned Croutons
2 Cups Onion and Garlic Croutons
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Cups Milk
8 Eggs Beaten
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
12 Slices Cooked and Crumbled Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9 x 11 casserole with oil. Place croutons in pan and pour butter over them. Sprinkle croutons with cheese. Mix the milk, eggs and mustard and pour over croutons. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes. Let casserole stand for 10 minutes before serving.
