Graham cracker crust (do not bake!!)
1 lb cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
3 medium eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla
Second layer:
1 pint sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Then add to cheese, one at a time, the sugar, then eggs, then vanilla. Pour into crust and bake at 375º exactly 20 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour.
For second layer, to the sour cream add 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well and pour over top of first layer. Bake at 475º for 10 minutes. Cool in refrigerator for 12 hours. Serves 10.
