1/2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 C sugar
1 egg

Batter:
1 C canned solid pack pumpkin
1 C sugar
1 egg
1/3 C vegetable oil
1 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 C chocolate chips (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Using cooking spray, spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Mix together filling ingredients until smooth and set aside.
2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, egg and oil in another bowl. Mix well then add in flour, cinnamon, baking powder and soda, salt, nutmeg and ginger. Pour into 9x13 pan and drizzle cream cheese mixture over batter. Cut through batter with knife to marble. Sprinkle with chocolate chips if desired. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares.
