2 eggs, beaten (3)
1 1/2 cups sugar (2 1/4)
1/2 cup butter, melted (3/4)
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted (1 1/2)
1/2 cup chopped nuts (3/4)
2 cups whole cranberries (3)
2 tsp grated orange peel (3)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Combine all ingredients in order listed. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes until done. Serve warm as coffee cake or with vanilla ice cream as a dessert.
The numbers in parentheses represent the recipe times 1 1/2. Bake in a 9x13 pan if these amounts are used.
