1 medium head cauliflower
Salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tsp prepared mustard
3/4 cup shredded sharp processed American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Leave cauliflower whole, remove leaves and woody base. Wash. Cook cauliflower 12-15 minutes in boiling, salted water, enough to cover (unless you have a tight fitting lid, then can use less water). Drain well. Place cauliflower in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Mix mayonnaise and mustard; spread over cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375º about 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Makes 4 or 5 servings.
