2 quarts vinegar
2 1/2 quarts water
1 cup canning salt

1 stem dill
1 clove garlic
2- 1/2 " pieces of horseradish
1 piece green pepper
1/2 teaspoon powered alum

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil

Pack each quart jar with the remaining ingredients, pour brine to fill and seal with HOT lids and rings.

Let rest for 4 to 6 weeks before enjoying.

1/2 a bushel will make approx. 22 quarts
