Ingredients:  
Two artichokes trimmed and cooked with 1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp salt
dash of cayenne
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp finely minced green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2T red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil....needn’t be extra virgin
Mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except olive oil in a small bowl or the food processor or blender and then whisk in olive oil.
Drain the cooked artichokes thoroughly; slightly spread the leaves and pour marinade over them. Let them sit at room temperature for a couple of hours or they can be refrigerated for a few days. When ready to serve, take some of the marinade that has collected in the bowl and whisk into a good quality mayonnaise to taste.....(I prefer Helman”s or home made mayo.) Enjoy!
