3 eggs beaten
2 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1/2 tsp vanilla
grated peel of one orange
3/4 chopped pecans
3 cups whole cranberries (frozen is fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

Grease a 9 by 13 pan very well.
Combine all ingredients in the order listed and spread into the prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes until lightly browned and done.
Loosen edges while tart is still hot.

Serve warm or at room temperature as coffee cake. .
