5 Green peppers

1 Head garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil (approximately)

Directions:
Blend all, a little at a time, in a blender. Store in refrigerator for months. (Freezer works fine, too). To use: Fry a little in some vegetable oil, then prepare foods as usual. OR, you may simply add it to soups, beans, stews. OR, you may marinate meat in it. ***You can never really use too much of this stuff.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a Puerto Rican recipe, handed down from Sasha and Joaquin's Buelita (Grandmother, in Spanish). It is a base for soups, beans, rice, stews or meat.
