Ingredients:  
8 to 10 medium size potatoes
2 medium carrots or 1 large carrot
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup or 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Onion Soup
1 empty soup can of milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
12-16 oz. Velveeta Cheese
8 to 10 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 chicken bullion cube





Directions:

Peel potatoes and carrots, cut into large chunks, boil in water with dissolved chicken bullion cube till tender. Add soups and milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Drop in, cut up Velveeta and stir till cheese is melted. Put crumbled bacon over top of soup just before serving.

Note: May add 1 medium onion in place of the Cream of Onion Soup. Cook onion with carrot and potatoes.
