1 or 2 loaves French bread
2 hard boiled eggs
1 lb hard cheese (longhorn, Colby, etc), grated
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 can chopped olives
4 oz tomato sauce
1/4 cup oil (I prefer olive oil)

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix ingredients together. Spread generously on slices of bread. Heat on sheet in oven until bubbly and toasty.
