1 pkg KnorrŠ Vegetable recipe mix
1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed dry and chopped
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
3 green onions, chopped

"Lite" Version: substitute 16 oz nonfat Greek yogurt for sour cream, and 1 cup reduced fat olive oil mayonnaise.

Combine all ingredients and chill for several hours or overnight. Stir well before serving.
