Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 part honey
1 part corn syrup
1 part cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine equal parts of light corn syrup and heavy cream in a saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally. The minute the cream and syrup combine into a homogenous liquid, take it off the heat (this happens when mixture becomes pretty warm) and serve. This will also last in your fridge for up to a month. Just re-warm before using. I actually use the microwave to make this, instead of the original stovetop version. I just combine ingredients in a Pyrex measuring cup, and heat for 1 minute at a time, stirring thoroughly after each minute, until cream and syrup combine.
