Ingredients:
Ingredients:
20 flour tortillas (warmed)

Filling:
5 packages of cream cheese
1- 2.25 oz can chopped black olives
1 bunch (6-8) green onions chopped thin
Cilantro (fresh or dried) use amount according to taste. I use 2-3 Tbsp dried.
Jalapenos chopped fine (I use picked about 1/4 cup depending on how hot you want the flavor).

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly mix all filling ingredients in a bowl.
Warm 20 tortillas

Spread a generous amount of filling on each tortilla and roll from one end wiping excess filling as it gets a little squished out during rolling. Place filled tortilla rolls in a 9 X13 baking pan, cover and refrigerate until firm again. ( I usually chill overnight and slice before serving.

When ready, remove tortilla rolls and slice off ends (I don't serve the rounded ends because they don't always fill well with cream cheese mixture and look like scraps, We just eat those separately because they are still really good) Slice remaining full tortilla rolls and place in serving dish, bowl, etc. Store in airtight container and refrigerate leftovers.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Some people add chopped green or red bell peppers, You can use whatever you wish to stuff them. Enjoy!
