1 head cabbage, shredded

Directions:
If you have a Cuisinart, shred the cabbage in that. If not, shred as fine as you can. This makes a tremendous difference in the texture of the salad and the taste. It is not the same if the cabbage is cut with a knife. Add onions, noodles ,almonds and sesame seeds to the cabbage.

DRESSING:
1 cup Safflower oil
6 tablespoons Port Arthur rice vinegar (another brand will do)
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

Blend all ingredients together and pour over the cabbage mixture.
