1 pound sausage, browned and drained
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, cut into large pieces
1 red or yellow pepper, cut in large pieces
2 cups celery, chopped into large pieces
3 cans 28 ounce each tomatoes, diced
1 can 14˝ ounce Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 can 14˝ ounce Pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can 14˝ ounce Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can 14˝ ounce Small Kidney, beans drained and chopped
1 can mild diced green chilies
1 package Chili seasoning mix
Shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet brown ground beef and sausage, drain and set aside. Add a little extra virgin olive oil to nice sized pan, heat over medium heat. Add garlic, onion, green and red bell pepper, and celery and sauté briefly. Stir in diced tomatoes. Salt to taste and cook for about 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add the beans, browned meat and chili seasoning. Partially cover, and let simmer till done, about 1 hour. You don't want this to be real soupy. If you want it hotter add some chopped jalapenos. Put Fritos in the bottom of soup bowl and then put a couple dippers of chili on top of them.
Serve with cheddar cheese, sour cream and green onions.
