1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. shredded provolone
1 c. shredded mozzarella
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
dash basil
dash rosemary
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw bread dough according to directions on package. Cook sausage; drain. Mix cheeses together with spices, salt, and pepper. Roll out bread dough. Place cheese in the center of the dough, and put sausage on top of cheese. Roll up bread dough being careful to seal the edges. Place in baking dish and cut slits into the top of the dough. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.

I have also made a pepperoni calzone, or you can add olives, peppers...whatever you would like!
