3 tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp granulated garlic
9 slices thick cut bacon
4 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sriracha hot sauce
1 garlic clove

Directions:
Combine the black pepper, brown sugar, granulated sugar and granulated garlic in a shallow dish. Coat the bacon in the mixture and lay on a wire rack set in a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, turning halfway through. Cool to room temperature and crumble. Place the Yukon Gold potatoes cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks in a large saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to pan.
Combine the mayonnaise, toasted sesame seeds, lemon juice, sesame oil, sriracha hot sauce and garlic clove in a blender; blend to combine.
Mash with potatoes. Stir in half of crumbled bacon; transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining bacon.
