1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
3 to 4 lb. roast
2 cans golden mushroom soup
potatoes and carrots peeled and cut in half.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all in a large roasting pan and cover with foil. Bake at 325º for one hour then add potatoes and carrots and cook for 45 to 60 minutes. If using a crock pot put the beef, potatoes, carrots and soup in crock pot and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
