6 cups Robin Hood Red Velvet flour
1 lb Tenderflake lard
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp vinegar
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, lard, baking powder and salt. Combine the egg and vinegar in a measuring cup. Fill the cup with water so it measures 1 cup. Combine both mixtures and divide into 6 portions. Chill well before using.
1 portion will make. Either the top or bottom layer of the pie crust.
Remaining pastry can be frozen and used later.
