6 medium to large potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
5 to 6 eggs, hard boiled and cut into small cubes
1/2 bunch fresh dill, finely cut
1 pint heavy whipping cream
Salt
4 tbsp to 1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp to 1/4 cup white vinegar
1 8 oz package of mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water to about 3 inches above potatoes. Add mushrooms, salt and boil. When soft, mash the potatoes slightly and thicken mixture as desired with flour and boil until desired thickness. Add vinegar and sugar to get a slightly sweet and sour taste, add salt if needed. Add whipping cream and boil for just a few minutes. Add eggs and dill, let sit for about 5 minutes and enjoy!
