8 pita bread rounds
1/2 to 3/4 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cut each pita bread into quarters. Gently separate each piece, making 2 parts or pieces. Brush insides of each piece with melted butter. Place buttered side up on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.

Variation: Parmesan Dill Crisps - Before baking sprinkle buttered pita pieces with Parmesan cheese and dill weed.
