2 - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1 package Stove Top Chicken dressing
1 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten until light
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Barely cook spinach and drain well. Combine all ingredients and form into 1" balls. Freeze spinach balls on cookie sheet. When frozen place in plastic freezer bags and freeze until needed.

To bake: Place frozen spinach balls on cookie sheet in 350º oven for 10-15 minutes.

Makes about 50 spinach balls.
