1/2 package Jimmy Dean Sausage
2 celery stalks cut up
1/2 green pepper chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. thyme and sage and parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. bread cubes
3 eggs lightly beaten
Chicken broth or turkey broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put bread in a bowl, sprinkle spices on the top. Cover with a towel for at least 24 hours to dry out. Fry sausage and when it is almost done add the onion and green pepper to soften. Mix bread, eggs and sausage together. Add broth until dressing is moist. Stuff in turkey or bake at 350 º for 30 to 40 minutes.
TURKEY BROTH
Put gizzard,heart and neck in a pot and cover with water. Add 2 chicken or turkey bullion cubes and boil for 1 hour. Use broth to moisten stuffing.
