Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper
1 package Green Giant Mixed Vegetables in Butter Sauce
1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese or a combination of both
1 large bag tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Mix well, the ground beef, onion, green pepper, beaten egg, salt and pepper. Pat ground beef mixture evenly into the bottom of a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with one package Green Giant Mixed Vegetables in Butter Sauce (I partially thaw the vegetables in the plastic inner package under warm running water so they spread easily). Top with one can of Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup (stir the soup in a small bowl until smooth so it is easy to spread/pour over the vegetables). Top with shredded Cheddar cheese or a combination of shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese (I believe one can never have too much cheese). Top the shredded cheese with a large bag of frozen tater tots.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour until it is bubbling.

Personal Notes:
Good served hot and honestly, this is one of those things that is better the next day, served cold. Oh gosh, don’t even bother serving it; just eat it cold right out of the casserole dish.
