1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoons cinnamon,divided
2 cups quick oats
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed mils
1 T instant coffee

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Line a 15x10x1 inch pan with foil. In a medium bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until light and creamy. Beat in egg. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Gradually beat in dry ingredients. Turn into prepared pan. Top with chocolate chips. Mix together condensed milk, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and instant coffee. Pour over bars. Bake 15-20 minutes until crust is pulling from side. Cool completely before cutting.
