1 c. Very Warm Water
½ tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
3 - 3 1\2 c. Flour

Sprinkle yeast into water stir in sugar and let stand 10m. Stir in flour, salt and knead 5 m. Put dough in bowl and let rise 35 m. Punch down a and divide into 3 pizzas.
