1 loaf of unsliced bread
1 - 3 oz. package cream cheese
1/4 lb. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the crust from the loaf of bread and cut into 1" cubes.
Melt butter and cheese in a double boiler. Remove from heat and cool. When cool, fold in egg whites. Dip bread cubes in cheese mixture and place on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 400º for 12-15 minutes.
