1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. light brown sugar
12 macaroons (Mother's Brand) crushed in small pieces - do not use the chewy kind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Best to make a day ahead and chill in refrigerator. Do not stir again as macaroon crumbs will break up.
Serve in a halved, hollowed out pineapple.
