Dip:
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion chopped
salt
Tabasco sauce
1 can refried beans
1 small can diced green chilies
2 to 3 c. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese (or a combination)
1 - 12 oz. Ortega Green Chile Salsa

Garnish:
1 c. sour cream
1 avocado, mashed
chopped black olives
chopped green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain. Season with salt and Tabasco. Spread refried beans in a shallow dish. Top evenly with meat, sprinkle with green chilies and then cover with cheese and drizzle the green chile salsa over all. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes. Top with garnish ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
