1 envelope dried vegetable soup mix (about 1 oz.)
2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 c. cooked tiny shrimp (about 1/3 lb.)
1/4 c. chopped fresh chives or 1 tbsp. dried chives

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vegetable soup mix and yogurt, cover and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. Stir in shrimp and chives, cover and chill for another 2 hours.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
