Meatloaf:
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1- 8oz. can tomato sauce

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all meatloaf ingredients. Place in loaf pan. Pat down meatloaf.
Mix together topping ingredients and pour over meatloaf. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
